Sand Hill Church of Christ was established in the early 1900s, originally located on Sand Hill Road.  It was later relocated at 315 Fergus Road, LaVergne, Tennessee, under the leadership of the late, Bro. Robert Murray as the minister.  Other ministers were Bro. George Jones, Bro. Baldwin and most recent and presently, Bro. Albert Nelson.

Sand Hill Church has always been self-sufficient with more women than men, When Bro. Nelson first came to Sand Hill, we had one man and six women.  We presently have 42 members.

The Lord has blessed us through the years to move from a 50 seat edifice to a 250 seat edifice with adequate parking. 

Some of the existing members that have been with us from almost the beginning are Sis. Kress Taylor and Sis. Rosa Darden.
